Printable boards

Each board gets different cards picked at random from your deck.

Add at least 16 cards to make 4 × 4 boards.

How to make your custom lotería

  1. Start from a template (wedding, baby shower, or birthday), type your card names, or upload photos directly: each photo becomes a card.
  2. Tap any card to add or change its photo, and edit the name that will be called. You can have up to 60 cards.
  3. Choose the board size (3 × 3 or 4 × 4) and how many boards you need, press Make boards, and print them. Each board gets different cards picked at random.
  4. If you want to call with paper cards, press Print deck to get every card ready to cut out.
  5. On party day, open the caller on a phone or TV: it draws cards at random, with no repeats, and can call them out loud.

Tips for photos and printing

  • Use photos where the face or object is large: small details get lost on a small card.
  • Portrait photos fit the lotería card shape best.
  • If a card has no photo, leave it as is: it shows its initials on a colored background.
  • Print boards on card stock if you want them to last several games or be kept as souvenirs.
  • For 20 or more players, use a deck of at least 30 cards so boards repeat less and the game lasts longer.

Your photos never leave your device

Photos are shrunk and saved in your browser's storage, so you can close the page and come back later. They're never uploaded to a server: RandomPlay can't see or keep them. If the browser runs out of room, the deck is kept with names only and we let you know.

Printing also happens on your computer or phone. To save the boards as a file, choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.

Frequently asked questions

How many cards do I need?

At least 9 for 3 × 3 boards or 16 for 4 × 4 boards. For varied boards, aim for twice as many cards as each board holds, or more.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. They're processed and stored only in your browser. There are no accounts or servers involved.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Add photos from your phone's gallery, build the deck, and call from there. Printing is usually easier from a computer.

Does the voice read the names I typed?

Yes. With Call out loud on, your browser reads each card's name using your device's voice.

Are the cards drawn at random?

Yes. Each card is drawn at random from the ones left, with your browser's cryptographic generator, and doesn't repeat until you start a new game.
